PRIVACY POLICY

BlueStar Media, LLC. ("BlueStar") cares about the privacy of each user of its Web site users ("user" or "you"). In order to protect the privacy of its users, BlueStar has adopted the following policy:

I. General Information
When you use the Web site, some basic general information is collected. This information is used to improve the Web site and make your use of the Web site as enjoyable and efficient as possible. Cookies are also used to help us determine the various services you use and the support you may need, and to help us detect and solve any problems you may have when using the Web site. This general information is used internally in connection with BlueStar's marketing and advertising efforts.

II. Personal Information
When you set up an account or purchase an item from the Web site, we collect personal information (which you provide) that may include your: (i) first and last name; (ii) billing address; (iii) shipping address; (iv) other shipping addresses; (v) email address; (vi) phone number; (vii) credit card account number; (viii) items purchased from us; and (ix) browsing, buying and selling patterns (collectively, "Personal Information").

III. Use/Sharing of Personal Information
Your name, shipping and billing addresses, and credit card number(s) are used by BlueStar in order to provide you with the goods that you purchase on the Web site. We use your email address to provide you with information about your order and its status, and we may occasionally send out emails, including newsletters, to people who have placed an order online, offering them more great deals. Your phone number is used by BlueStar only in the event that our customer service representatives need to contact you about an order you have placed.

Personal Information is used internally in connection with BlueStar, including BlueStar promotional, marketing and advertising efforts, in a manner which does not readily identify a user to any third party. BlueStar currently does not share with any third party any Personal Information that could readily identify any user. BlueStar will not disclose any user's credit card information to any third party without such user's prior consent.

Credit Card Security
The Internet is a vast network of computers. Because the data passes from computer to computer, some Internet shoppers worry that unauthorized persons may intercept the data and gain access to credit card numbers, but shopping on a secure site is actually safer than handing a credit card to a waiter in a restaurant. Taking the steps below will lower the chances of interception of your credit card number:a) Limit your online shopping to Internet merchants, such as BlueStar, with sites equipped with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL prevents unauthorized people from intercepting your data. b) Use a browser, such as Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, that supports SSL. These browsers show a symbol in the status bar, such as a key or lock, when you are on a site that uses SSL. Most banks will cover the cost of fraud resulting from unauthorized use of your credit card or may limit your liability.

Credit card information collected by BlueStar is encrypted through Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over the Internet. BlueStar fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities, and may in its sole discretion disclose Personal Information or other information to satisfy any law, regulation, subpoena, or government request. BlueStar reserves the right to release Personal Information or other information about users who we believe are engaged in illegal activities or are otherwise in violation of our Terms of Use, even without a subpoena, warrant or court order, if we believe in our sole discretion that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the web site, or to protect the rights or property of BlueStar, its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, or employees, agents, third-party content providers, suppliers, sponsors, or licensors. BlueStar also reserves the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities we reasonably believe in our sole discretion to be unlawful.

IV. Preventing the Use of Personal Information
If you would like to make sure that we do not share your Personal Information with third parties, just use the Contact Us form with a message that states, "Do not share personal information" in the subject field. Please provide your name, address and current email address in the message.

V. Collecting Information From Children Younger than 13
BlueStar does not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from children younger than 13 years of age without obtaining verifiable parental consent.

VI. Miscellaneous
BlueStar wants you to be aware that when you click on links (including advertising banners), which take you to third-party Web sites, you will be subject to such third parties' privacy policies. While we support the protection of privacy on the Internet, BlueStar expressly disclaims any and all liability for the actions of third parties, including without limitation actions relating to the use and/or disclosure of Personal Information by third parties. Our Privacy and Child Protection Policy is subject to change. In the event of any change, we will provide notice of such change on this page. If you have questions about this Privacy and Child Protection Policy, or believe that BlueStar has acted inconsistently with this statement, please contact us.

SHIPPING POLICY

BlueStar Media, LLC. design and web services are delivered digitally; However, if you have ordered a printed item or other marketed item/product from BlueStar, a shipping fee may be calculated during the check out procedure and may be subject to a nominal handling fee.

BlueStar Media, LLC. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods due to the shipping process by third party vendors such as UPS, FED EX, DHL or the United States Post Office (USPS); However, BlueStar will do everything in it's power to resolve the matter whenever possible.

Printed materials or marketed goods are shipped from the manufacturers primary location(s) and may be subject to longer delivery dates depending upon vendors geographical location(s).

REFUND POLICY

The Following Are BlueStar Media's Refund Policies Regarding:

Creative/Design Services Including Web Design: All DEPOSITS are 100% refundable within 30 days PROVIDING 1) BlueStar has not commenced project as set forth in the outlined estimate provided by BlueStar and signed by the client, 2) BlueStar has not DELIVERED the initial creative thumbnails/comps or creative ideas as outlined estimate provided by BlueStar and signed by the client, 3) Any and all outstanding invoices prior to estimated project are closed.
Completed projects (set forth by client(s) final proof signature or website activation) falling under this category are non-refundable.

Printing: All PAYMENTS regarding printed materials through a purchase order/web order are non-refundable UNLESS: 1) Errors due to BlueStar's negligence can be proven, 2) No final proof signature was acquired from client before printing (either in faxed/mailed or digital format), 3) Damaged goods or printing errors deemed to be the responsibility of the printing source(s) is discovered. In the event of a printer(s) error, the printer(s) will have the opportunity to make good (at no additional charge) the original item so long as there are NO ADDITIONAL CHANGES MADE PRIOR TO SECOND PRINTING. Any changes made prior to the second (corrected) printing by the client are subject to additional set up and/or plate fees by either BlueStar and/or printer(s).

Web Hosting: All PAYMENTS collected for the sole purpose of providing said client with an active, fully functional website for the length of 30 days are non refundable UNLESS:1) Client's website is not functioning properly, 2) Clients website is inactive (not displaying in web browser) for more than 48 hrs, 3) Notification of web hosting cancellation are received at least seven (7) business days prior to the next billing cycle (1st of the month), 4) Client purchased an annual hosting plan at a discount from regular prices.

Marketing/Advertising: All PAYMENTS received for the sole purpose of marketing/advertising (via internet, print, radio, television/cable media etc.) are 100% refundable UNLESS: 1) The said marketing/advertising campaign has already launched, 2) Time slot and/or print space reservations have already been assigned and past cancellation date(s) as set forth by the advertising agency(ies), 3) Deposits with 3 party companies are non-refundable as set forth by their refund policies, which supersede any and all of BlueStar's refund policies.

Consulting: All PAYMENTS received for professional consulting are non-refundable.
Misc. Products/Services: All PAYMENTS received for other products and/or services not listed here are subject to review as set forth by said product service terms and conditions.
